Matt has over twelve (12) years of experience in various real estate transactions and development, procuring development financing (both debt and equity) and managing mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, Matt has focused on assisting and providing counsel and guidance to a diverse group of corporate clients, development entities and various healthcare systems/groups related to general development, corporate structuring, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as long-term strategic planning.
Matt holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Memphis - Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Business form the University of Tennessee.
Andrew has over ten (10) years of experience in real estate private equity finance and mergers and acquisitions, primarily focusing on various financial functions including corporate-accounting, investor reporting, and other strategic financial initiatives. Prior to Winterpast Development, Andrew worked at Harbert Management Corp. in their U.S. Real Estate Group, serving as Director of Asset Management and overseeing over $2.1 billion in assets across multiple product types. Andrew started his career with KPMG LLP working in their Mergers & Acquisitions group. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Andrew holds a Masters-in-Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee.
Blanding has been involved in real estate investment management ranging across multiple product types and geographies for over twelve (12) years. Formerly, he was a Director of Real Assets for Arlington Family Offices. In his role, Blanding was responsible for investment identification, due diligence and portfolio monitoring with a focus on real estate for the $2 billion multi-family office. Prior to Arlington, he was an Associate at Harbert Management Corp. in their US Real Estate group where he worked from 2005-2011.
Blanding attended Southern Methodist University and received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Finance from the University of Tennessee
Dennis has more than thirty (30) years of experience in real estate, development, development financing and construction. During his career, Dennis has focused on assisting, corporate clients, universities, healthcare systems, academic health facilities, hospitals and physician groups with their facility needs. Prior to Winterpast Development, Dennis served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Development at Skanska Project Development, President of Colony Development Partners, and Senior Vice President of Development at Centex Construction (now Balfour Beatty). While at Centex, he quadrupled the Healthcare Division’s construction and development revenue, a division that focused exclusively on the unique needs of healthcare providers throughout the United States.
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from North Carolina State University.
